Distant Healing Request
Reiki is a form of spiritual healing which can either be performed as a hands on method or sent as distant healing. At the Global Mystic, Chris Down who has been practicing Reiki for over 20 years and been a Reiki Master for over 5 years, sends out Reiki healing every Wednesday night for you to connect to and use as your spirit and body sees fit. Whether you have a specific condition you wish to address or purely want to tap into the Reiki energy to enhance your meditation please complete the following form and you'll be added to the distant healing list.At 8.30 GMT every Wednesday sit down in a comfortable chair and visualise a beam of violet light entering the top of your head, your crown chakra. Don't worry if you don't see it in your mind, just be aware that the energy is entering. Relax and let the energy flow for half an hour. During this time Chris will be sending out Reiki simultaneously to every one on the healing list.
